Location of Railway Emergency Rescue Spots Based on a Near-Full Covering Problem: From a Perspective of Diverse Scenarios

The location of railway emergency rescue spots is facing diverse scenarios including the new facilities and optimization existing layouts with limited or non-limited conditions. Generally there will be heavily redundant covering ability if all edge demands on a network are fully covered. Here, we first proposed near-full model to balance investment in facility actual coverage rate, successfully applied this optimal under scenarios. We also developed feasible solution that can select an effective algorithm greedy based total consumed time. With constraint fixed rate threshold, larger radius may lead fewer higher relative redundancy.
